Fresh off the back of the successful marketing campaign for The Warleigh Brighton, Cbus Property appointed Barking Bird for their next residential development project, Volaire.
The goal of the iconic property investor and developer was to exceed market expectations by building the pinnacle of sleek, contemporary living in Melbourne’s inner North West.
Barking Bird identified the target audience and delivered a marketing strategy to attract them. Naming the project and successfully launching the stylish display suite, Barking Bird once again proved their ability to provide turnkey marketing solutions.
DISPLAY SUITE FITOUT
Barking Bird’s full fitout of the Volaire display suite featured user journey development for the suite, 2m logo neon sign, an 18m curved wall panoramic banner, external signage, acrylic panels showing level plans, views, renders and location map, as well as lifestyle frames to set the scene. Hero fabric panels made a statement, and interactive software allowed users to see views from different heights of the building.
