Eternity Life's 61 apartment development in West Footscray had a unique story behind it. But that story needed the right push if people were going to listen.
Sales agent, Bracken Hall, wanted to refresh the Eternity Life brand and focus more of the narrative around its commitment to sustainability and the local ecosystem. This, in combination with the luxury aspect of the development, had to reach an audience of conscientious downsizers.
The new brand assets that Barking Bird created sold the idea behind the tech-infused, sustainable development. The creative collateral focussed heavily on the environmentally conscious features of the development. And the development itself was even shortlisted for the 2017 Design Awards for green and natural materials.
