The estate’s range of Rothelowman designed homes and variety of amenities are an attractive offering for many buyers. The lifestyle opportunities that the estate provides needed to be communicated through the brand and its assets.
The Trilogy Place brand we created for the estate focussed heavily on the idea of 'place' and having somewhere that was close to everything. Playing up to the parklands and natural reserves that surround the estate, we incorporated a lot of green and earthiness into the colour palette. And built on this with the photography that we shot and other brand assets we produced like the brochure and website.
