When sales agent, BW International, approached Barking Bird about creating a brand for their new townhouse development in Flemington, they came with a bold brief. They wanted to make it clear to buyers that this was a development like no other. A first of its kind in the area. One that blended a premium feel with youthful energy.
Our design team created a brand that was bold and creative to hone in on the young demographic. The brand colours used in the creative assets added a touch of flair while the photography created an air of vitality. The client was “amazed” with the harmonious brand, stating that “I’m sure they will help us convert some of the enquiries into sales.”
