When sales of Oliver Hume's 600 lot development in Melton hit a roadblock, they chose Barking Bird to help them re-brand.
Oliver Hume needed a new set of creative collateral, including flyers, brochures and signage, to support the campaigns they were going to launch for the revamp of the Willandra brand. A new website was also needed to facilitate the expected uptick in registrations for the estate.
The new creative assets were just what Oliver Hume were looking for and the website provided a clean, fully-responsive interface which attracted a growth in page views of 109% year on year. Campaign work was also done to help sell house and land packages.
